Drinking water is one of the simplest and most beneficial things that anyone can do for their overall health, but it’s also one of the things that most people forget to do.

One of our favorite #lifehacks that helps us drink more water is infusing it with fruits and vegetables. ‘Detox water’ or ‘infused water’ is nothing new, but for those that are just learning about this life-changing discovery, steeping certain fruits and vegetables into your water provides an array of health benefits, such as weight loss or skin-clearing.
