We're getting tea-psy on the blog today, but first, here are my 2017 summer staples!

SO quick update:


I decided I am a tea girl!

It was kind of a sad moment because the ambiance of sitting down with a cup of coffee is more magical than Disneyland. Unfortunately, after I have coffee, I might as well have been on an upside-down rollercoaster ride for 10 minutes straight.

I would get really jittery and have anxiety and brain fog mainly due to my adrenals not being able to take the hit. SOOO tea is my summer jam & I can dig!

My favorite iced teas to make and bring to the beach right now:

 Tropical Green Tea with Pineapple

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 tropical green tag bags of your favorite brand (you can use more tea bags depending on your preference)
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice 
  • Ice

Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate tea mixture. Allow tea mixture to sit for 30-60 minutes.

Herbal Teas with Muddled Berries/Figs

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 herbal tag bags of your favorite brand (you can use more tea bags depending on your preference)
  • Chopped muddled berries/figs 
  • Ice

Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate tea mixture. Allow tea mixture to sit for 30-60 minutes.

Black Tea with Lemon and Orange

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 black tag bags of your favorite brand (you can use more tea bags depending on your preference)
  • Fresh slices of lemon and orange
  • Ice

Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate tea mixture. Allow tea mixture to sit for 30-60 minutes.
