We are now happy to offer exchanges! Customers can request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, given inventory and availability, from within our Returns Center! Please keep in mind exchange items are not reserved until the original item has been placed in the mail. Customers MUST use our Return Center to process an exchange and the shipping label provided. Shipping is included for all exchange orders!

EASY RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

We take pride in customer satisfaction at Morning Lavender and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date for a full refund unless marked Final Sale, less return shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 6-10 weekdays (not including holidays) after they have been received.

Please note that if you create a shipping label through our Returns Center, $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains, strong odors), if it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.

If you would like store credit instead of having the refund issued to your original form of payment, please create a shipping label from the carrier of your choice and affix it to your package. Do not use our Returns Center or the $7 for the shipping label will be deducted from your store credit amount. We recommend using a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.

INTERNATIONAL & APO ORDERS

If you are returning an item that was shipped to an APO or outside of the US, please create a shipping label from the carrier of your choice and affix it to your package. Our Returns Center is unable to process returns for APO or International addresses. We recommend using a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.

SHIPPING FEES

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM

We do not process exchanges for different items online. Instead, place a new online order for the item you would like. Complete the return form included with your original order and follow the return process outlined above to return the item you would like to exchange. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to new orders. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. 


FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged:

Shipping Information

DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $75 with destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. The other states and territories will have rates calculated at checkout, and based on destination. Orders less than $75 will be charged a $7 Standard Shipping fee. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

For our Standard Delivery, we use a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on package size, service type, and destination. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Most orders are delivered within 7 weekdays, not including weekends or holidays. Our fulfillment center is open Mondays thru Fridays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. There may be additional delays due to big sales (i.e. Black Friday), carrier delays (i.e. weather), or global events (i.e. Covid19). Please allow your tracking information 24 hours to update before sending us an email. If you would like to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship Internationally to Canada and a few other select countries. Due to increased global shipping rates and delays, we are limiting shipping options. Please also be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duties and fees that may be charged by the carrier before delivery is released. We are not responsible for these extra fees and any order returned to us will not have shipping refunded.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes! Shipping to P.O. boxes is only available through USPS and their delivery options.

HOW DO I UPGRADE TO EXPEDITED?

Expedited 2-Day Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination and weight of your order. Orders placed before 2pm PST with Expedited Shipping will be fulfilled that day. For orders placed on Thursdays before 2pm PST, Saturday delivery is an available option. See Saturday Delivery FAQ.

Overnight Shipping is available upon request and subject to carrier availability. If you have any questions, please email us!

DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

Yes! Saturday Delivery is an extra option only available to those who selected FedEx or UPS Expedited 2-Day Shipping options. To upgrade your shipment to Saturday delivery, please email us your request and pay the additional invoiced fee (typically $10-$20) before Thursday, 2pm PST. Saturday Delivery is only available for Expedited Shipping orders going out on Thursday.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS?

Please email us as soon as possible! If your order has already left our warehouse or returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for any shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lovely dress!!

I loved this dress but bought it knowing a few things would need altering. First I knew I would want to cinch up the plunging neckline. Easy to do by hand and I found an EXACT thread match at hobby lobby. I also let out the shorts hem line to make them longer the second time I wore it (it is not let out in my photos shared). The color is gorgeous! I will look at our photos from this year and love that dress forever! The quality was amazing as all items I’ve gotten from morning lavender have been!

I was so apprehensive to buy something from a Facebook add but the jumpsuit was so beautiful I had to take a chance and it surpassed my expectations!! The lace was soft, the color was rich and the fabric flowed beautifully. I read that the shorts under the dress run a little small so I went up a size and it was fine.

I'm seeing mixed reviews... but I loved this dress! <3

First things first. This dress is beautiful! I bought it for the sexier of two outfits for my engagement photos. I really appreciated the steely gray/blue color (definitely darker than the listing online shows) and the light, comfortable fabric. I bought a Large and I am 5'4" and 150lb. I needed 4-inch heels to not trip on the dress hem. However, the cleavage was a little excessive for me, like a previous reviewer noted. I was able to sew it up several inches and feel a lot more comfortable in it, even without any kind of bra. Other folks were complaining about getting a wedgie from the little shorts, but I did not have any issues with that.

Marigold lace maxi jumpsuit is perfect!

Love it! The front is a bit of a plunge. Bought a cami crop but didn’t like the look of that so just used a safety pin. My son told me I looked awesome and asked if I was in the show (I wore it to see Hamilton)

So many compliments!

I wore this dress to my Ring Dance at A&M and everyone loved it!! It fit perfectly and was also the perfect color for A&M. It was also super comfortable!! The only thing that I wish were changed slightly is the neckline. I ended up taping it so that it wasn't quite so deep.

Love love LOVE this dress

This dress is most elegant, sexy dress in my wardrobe. I’m 5’7”, athletic build, and ordered a medium. The dress fit perfectly and with some heels, I didn’t even need to get it hemmed. Was able to dance all night with no issues! I’ll be wearing this dress on many more occasions to come!

I typically order a size small in dresses, but sized up based on the previous reviews referring to the short liner. The medium was perfect for me! The color is true to the model photos - lovely dusty blue. Overall, a great buy!
