When was the Morning Lavender Black Friday Bucket Sale?
Our Black Friday Sale starts at 9:00pm PST on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2019 and ends at 11:59pm PST on Monday, Dec. 2, 2019.

What is a "Bucket Sale"?
We price all of our Black Friday Sale items into "buckets" of $10, $20, and $30. This means you can save up to 65% Off!

What kinds of items will be included in the sale?
We've included all sorts of great pieces in the sale! You'll be able to get great deals on tops, sweaters, dresses, skirts, pants, accessories, and even some of our bestsellers. Be sure to follow us on Instagram @shopmorninglavender for sneak peeks of sale items!

Are Black Friday Bucket Sale items Final Sale?
Yes, all Black Friday Bucket Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged online or in store. We do not honor price adjustments. For more info on our Return Policy, please visit https://morninglavender.com/pages/return-policy.

Will the Black Friday Bucket Sale be happening in stores?
No, the Black Friday Bucket Sale will be ONLINE ONLY at MorningLavender.com.

When will my Black Friday order ship out?
Our small but mighty team will be packaging up orders throughout the weekend, but due to the large volume of orders placed during the sale, please allow 4-6 business days (not including weekends and Holidays) to get your order processed and shipped from the day that you place your order. Please note that Thursday (11/28) and Friday (11/29) are considered Holidays. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

If I put an item in my cart, is it reserved for me?
Unfortunately no, we are unable to reserve the items that are placed in your cart. To speed up the checkout process, we recommend creating an account before the start of the sale with your address and payment method saved.

What if I need to make a change to my order?
Please email us at hello@morninglavender.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist you. If your order has already been picked up by the carrier, we will not be able to make changes to your order. If you email us after the 12 hour mark, we unfortunately will not be able to make any changes to your order.

What if I make a mistake (color or size) while placing my order?
If you would like a different color or size than what you ordered, please place a new order with the new item(s) that you would like instead. Please then email us at hello@morninglavender.com within 12 hours of placing your order so that we can cancel the item(s) you no longer would like.

Why can't I select Expedited or 2-Day Shipping?
Due to the large volume of orders that get placed during Black Friday weekend, we are unable to guarantee the Expedited or 2-Day Shipping delivery timelines for orders placed during the sale weekend. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes! Expedited and 2-Day Shipping will be available again starting on Monday, December 2. Why does my order not contain real lavender?
We know many of you love lavender as much as we do! In order to get out all of your orders as quickly as possible, we will not be including real lavender in orders placed right before, during, and after Black Friday weekend. We appreciate your understanding!

Why is my discount code not working?
Discounts cannot be stacked, which means that discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced items, including Black Friday Bucket Sale items. However, discount codes can still be applied to any full price items in your cart.
