Terms
INTERNATIONAL & APO ORDERS
If you are returning an item that was shipped to an APO or outside of the US, please create a shipping label from the carrier of your choice and affix it to your package. We recommend using a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for the entire return postage.FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged:- Items with prices ending in .49
- Black Friday Sale items, Warehouse Sale items, Anniversary Sale items, Promotional items, Bucket Sale items (unless otherwise noted)
- Accessories (e.g. hats, handbags, socks, hair accessories, scarves, gloves, sunglasses, belts, key chains)
- Jewelry (e.g. necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings)
Communication
We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition.
