EASY RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS
We take pride in customer satisfaction at Morning Lavender and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date for a full refund unless marked Final Sale, less shipping costs.
Most returns will be processed within 6-10 weekdays (not including holidays) after they have been received.
Please note that if you create a shipping label through our Returns Center, $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains, strong odors), if it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at your expense. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.

Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.
Please send return items with the original order/return slip. If your order/return slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return package.
Please keep tracking information for your return package until the refund amount has been posted to your account. If you choose to ship the item back with a label created outside of our Returns Center, you will not receive an email when we have received your package at our warehouse, so please check your tracking number to check on the location of your return.
We do not honor price adjustments.

Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged in our Orange County Morning Lavender retail stores. Please bring the item(s) you would like to return or exchange along with your original invoice or a printed copy of your order confirmation e-mail.

INTERNATIONAL & APO ORDERS
If you are returning an item that was shipped to an APO or outside of the US, please create a shipping label from the carrier of your choice and affix it to your package. Our Returns Center is unable to process returns for APO or International addresses. We recommend using a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.
SHIPPING FEES
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your credit card, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.

We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition.

Shipping Information
DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $75 with destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. The other states and territories will have rates calculated at checkout, and based on destination. Orders less than $75 will be charged a $7 Standard Shipping fee. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
For our Standard Delivery, we use a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on package size, service type, and destination. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Most orders are delivered within 7 weekdays, not including weekends or holidays. Our fulfillment center is open Mondays thru Fridays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. There may be additional delays due to big sales (i.e. Black Friday), carrier delays (i.e. weather), or global events (i.e. Covid19). Please allow your tracking information 24 hours to update before sending us an email. If you would like to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship Internationally to a select set of countries. Due to increased global shipping rates and delays, we are limiting shipping options. Please also be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duties and fees that may be charged by the carrier before delivery is released. We are not responsible for these extra fees and any order returned to us will not have shipping refunded.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes! Shipping to P.O. boxes is only available through USPS and their delivery options.
HOW DO I UPGRADE TO EXPEDITED?
Expedited 2-Day Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination and weight of your order. Orders placed before 2pm PST with Expedited Shipping will be fulfilled the same day.

DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?
Yes! Saturday Delivery is available for UPS 2 day, Overnight and standard USPS delivery options.
WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS?
Please email us as soon as possible! If your order has already left our warehouse or returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for any shipping fees required to resend the package.

If you placed your order with Standard Shipping, we may be able to cancel orders if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If you placed your order with Expedited Shipping and have received your tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time.
