I purchased a $100 electronic gift card (two $50 e-gift cards separately), and I was only emailed one after completing my order. This was during the holidays, so I figured this may have been the case in the delayed second e-gift card delivery. I emailed Customer Service and was emailed the second one the following day. Even though this happened, I was very pleased to see that this was taken care of immediately the following business day. Awesome!
recipient email didn't work. the gift card got sent to me (the buyer) instead so i had to fwd the gift card to the recipient.
