EASY RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

We take pride in customer satisfaction at Morning Lavender and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date for a full refund unless marked Final Sale, less return shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 6-10 weekdays (not including holidays) after they have been received.

Please note that if you create a shipping label through our Returns Center, $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains, strong odors), if it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE STORE CREDIT

If you would like store credit instead of having the refund issued to your original form of payment, please create a shipping label from the carrier of your choice and affix it to your package. Do not use our Returns Center or the $7 for the shipping label will be deducted from your store credit amount. We recommend using a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.

Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged in our Orange County or San Francisco Morning Lavender retail stores. Please bring the item(s) you would like to return or exchange along with your original invoice or a printed copy of your order confirmation e-mail.

INTERNATIONAL & APO ORDERS

If you are returning an item that was shipped to an APO or outside of the US, please create a shipping label from the carrier of your choice and affix it to your package. Our Returns Center is unable to process returns for APO or International addresses. We recommend using a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.

SHIPPING FEES

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that if you create a shipping label through our Returns Center, $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.


EXCHANGES

We do not process exchanges. Instead, place a new online order for the item you would like instead. Complete the return form included with your original order and follow the return process outlined above to return the item you would like to exchange. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to new orders, even if it is to exchange for a different color or size of the same item. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached.

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged:

Returns will be processed within 6-10 weekdays (Mon-Fri, not including weekends or holidays) after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. If you choose to ship the item back with a label created outside of our Returns Center, you will not receive an email when we have received your package at our warehouse, so please check your tracking number to check on the location of your return. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.

If you have reason to believe your return should have been accepted and processed by now, please email us at hello@morninglavender.com with your tracking information and let us know the item(s) you returned.

U.S. SHIPPING

We ship our orders using USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx and UPS. Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. After holiday weekends or major sales, there may be a delay of up to 2 additional business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) to process your order.

You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) after your order has been processed, unless you have selected Expedited, FedEx 2-Day shipping, or UPS 2-Day shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited, FedEx 2-Day, and UPS 2-Day orders must be placed by 2pm PT in order to meet the expected delivery. Expedited, FedEx 2-Day, or UPS 2-Day orders placed on a business day (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) before 2pm PT will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PT will be shipped out the following business day (Mon-Fri, not including holidays). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and will be provided with a tracking number.

Please note that FedEx 2-Day and UPS 2-Day DO NOT deliver on Saturdays unless you contact us before your package is shipped and you pay an additional fee. If you need a delivery on Saturday via FedEx 2-Day or UPS 2-Day, please email us at hello@morninglavender.com as soon as possible and we can help arrange the best option for you.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it has left our warehouse, please contact the carrier, your local post office, and your local carrier location as they will be the most adept at locating your package. If you believe the carrier has lost your package, please visit the relevant link below to file a claim:

If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us at hello@morninglavender.com to correct this ASAP. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any updates to your order if you contact us more than 12 hours after your order has been placed (not including weekends). If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please double check your orders!

PO BOXES

If your shipping address is a PO Box, please do not select FedEx as your shipping method. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes so there may be a delay in processing your order if we are required to reach out to you to update your shipping address or shipping method.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make any other updates to your order or cancel your order, please email us at hello@morninglavender.com ASAP so we can assist you. If you placed your order with standard shipping, we are able to cancel orders if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order (not including weekends or holidays). If you placed your order with expedited shipping, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders over $250 will automatically include signature confirmation. If you do not want signature confirmation, please select the option in the cart that says "No, I am opting out and releasing Morning Lavender of all liability." You will be held 100% responsible for any carrier related delays or errors if you opt out of signature confirmation. Please contact FedEx, UPS, or USPS if your package is lost. Signature confirmation is not available for orders under $250.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now ship to select international countries! Shipping fees will be determined by the package size and weight as well as your desired speed. The prices vary and will be shown at checkout for your convenience. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@morninglavender.com.

Most deliveries will arrive between 6-21 weekdays from your order date. We use both USPS Priority International, FedEx International, and UPS International shipping. FedEx and UPS provide door-to-door tracking while USPS does not.

All international orders may be subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials of your country and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. It is at the sole discretion of your country's custom agents to release your package. Note, in some occasions customs may delay delivery of some packages.
