HOLIDAY RETURNS

Returns window is extended until January 31, 2021 for orders placed between November 23, 2020 and January 1, 2021! Please contact us if you have any questions.


EASY RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

We take pride in customer satisfaction at Morning Lavender and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date for a full refund unless marked Final Sale, less return shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 6-10 weekdays (not including holidays) after they have been received.

Please note that if you create a shipping label through our Returns Center, $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains, strong odors), if it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.

If you would like store credit instead of having the refund issued to your original form of payment, please create a shipping label from the carrier of your choice and affix it to your package. Do not use our Returns Center or the $7 for the shipping label will be deducted from your store credit amount. We recommend using a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.

Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged in our Orange County or San Francisco Morning Lavender retail stores. Please bring the item(s) you would like to return or exchange along with your original invoice or a printed copy of your order confirmation e-mail.

INTERNATIONAL & APO ORDERS

If you are returning an item that was shipped to an APO or outside of the US, please create a shipping label from the carrier of your choice and affix it to your package. Our Returns Center is unable to process returns for APO or International addresses. We recommend using a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.

SHIPPING FEES

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that if you create a shipping label through our Returns Center, $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.


EXCHANGES

We do not process exchanges. Instead, place a new online order for the item you would like instead. Complete the return form included with your original order and follow the return process outlined above to return the item you would like to exchange. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to new orders, even if it is to exchange for a different color or size of the same item. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. 


FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Items with prices ending in .49
  • Black Friday Sale items
  • Warehouse Sale items
  • Promotional items
  • Accessories (e.g. hats, handbags, socks, hair accessories, scarves, gloves, sunglasses, belts, key chains)
  • Jewelry (e.g. necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings)

Shipping Information

DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $75 with destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. The other states and territories will have rates calculated at checkout, and based on destination. Orders less than $75 will be charged a $7 Standard Shipping fee. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

For our Standard Delivery, we use a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on package size, service type, and destination. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout. All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Most orders are delivered within 7 weekdays, not including weekends or holidays. Our fulfillment center is open Mondays thru Fridays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. There may be additional delays due to big sales (i.e. Black Friday), carrier delays (i.e. weather), or global events (i.e. Covid19). Please allow your tracking information 24 hours to update before sending us an email. If you would like to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship Internationally to Canada and a few other select countries. Due to increased global shipping rates and delays, we are limiting shipping options. Please also be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duties and fees that may be charged by the carrier before delivery is released. We are not responsible for these extra fees and any order returned to us will not have shipping refunded.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes! Shipping to P.O. boxes is only available through USPS and their delivery options.

HOW DO I UPGRADE TO EXPEDITED?

Expedited 2-Day Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination and weight of your order. Orders placed before 2pm PST with Expedited Shipping will be fulfilled that day. For orders placed on Thursdays before 2pm PST, Saturday delivery is an available option. See Saturday Delivery FAQ.

Overnight Shipping is available upon request and subject to carrier availability. If you have any questions, please email us!

DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

Yes! Saturday Delivery is an extra option only available to those who selected FedEx or UPS Expedited 2-Day Shipping options. To upgrade your shipment to Saturday delivery, please email us your request and pay the additional invoiced fee (typically $10-$20) before Thursday, 2pm PST. Saturday Delivery is only available for Expedited Shipping orders going out on Thursday.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS?

Please email us as soon as possible! If your order has already left our warehouse or returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for any shipping fees required to resend the package.

Wanted to love it...

I am truly bummed, I was so looking forward to wearing this gorgeous dress. The size was too big on me and the glitter stars shed glitter everywhere and some kind of looked like smashed snowflakes…So sad I had to send it back.

Pretty, but disappointed in color

This dress is really pretty and sparkly but the color is not "dusty blue," which is the description. It is just plain gray. My daughter loves it, which is good, but the reason I chose this color was because it looked like it had blue tones in the photo and together with the name, I thought it would be like a subtle shade of Cindarella blue. Not so at all.One other thing, as another reviewer mentioned, the stars, while sparkly, do look as though they were done with glue and glitter. Fit is good...my daughter is 5'3" about 140lbs and the medium fits perfectly, but of course, long. She is very happy with it and it looks beautiful, just beware of the gray color.

Beautiful

A little more sparkly than the pictures online, I wasn't expecting so much glitter! Still, it was a beautiful gown! I ended up returning it because of the glitter, made it more formal than I needed for the event I was attending. I only wish I had another event to wear it to though, it was very flattering and absolutely stunning. Personal opinion: this would make a GORGEOUS bridesmaid dress!!

This dress is so dreamy!

I got this dress in the mail today, and I absolutely LOVE IT. Honestly, its better than I thought! I love that the dress has a tiny bit of weight to it, as it doesn't make it feel cheap! I normally wear a M, so I got the M, and it fit perfectly. I cannot wait to start wearing it!

Stunning!

This dress is amazing! I wore it to a big holiday party and got SO many compliments- strangers were coming up to me to compliment the dress! The color is a beautiful dusty light blue; very flattering on fair, rosy skin tones. I'm usually an XS, but the size S worked okay (except for getting it hemmed since I'm 5'2")! I can't wait until I have a chance to wear this again!
