Can I return my order to your SF store?
Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged in our San Francisco Morning Lavender retail store. Please bring the item(s) you would like to return/exchange along with your original invoice or a printed copy of your order confirmation e-mail to:

Can I return my order to your OC warehouse?
We do not accept drop off returns at our warehouse. To ensure we have clear documentation of each return, we prefer returns and exchanges to be sent to our return address here:

My return has been received by you. Where’s my refund?
Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 5-8 weekdays after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.
If you have reason to believe your return should have been accepted and processed by now, please email us your tracking information and let us know the item(s) you returned.
What do I do if I received a damaged item?

I received the wrong item(s) What do I do?
Contact email@example.com with a photo of the wrong item(s). We’ll contact you within 1 business day to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible.
Can I update my order before it’s been shipped?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the information you would like to update. We’ll do our best to update your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. We usually ship orders within 2 weekdays of your order date.
Do you fulfill custom requests?
While we carefully curate all our items, we do not manufacture our pieces and are unable to fulfill custom orders in varying colors/sizes/lengths.
Can you send me a material swatch?
Since we curate all our items and do not manufacture, we do not carry or send out swatches.
Can you lower the value of my international order package/mark as gift so I can avoid paying duties?
It is illegal for us to lower the value of international packages or mark them as gifts. Please help us follow all laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation!
