We typically fulfill orders 1 business day after the order date, but unexpected delays may occur from time to time. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on the delivery address. We also offer shipping upgrades like Overnight or 2 day delivery via UPS for an additional fee. Our team fulfills orders Monday - Friday only.

Yes! Please let us know ASAP if you'd like to make any changes to your order, including address updates, item updates, or cancellations. We strive to fulfill orders within 1-2 business days, so any changes after fulfillment may incur additional fees.

If for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit within 5-10 business days after we receive your package.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is outside of the return period, if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains), or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, you will be charged for return shipping.
