Returns & Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item, place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and complete the refund form from your original order. Your new order will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).
*** Final Sale Items (items with prices ending in .49), Promotional Items, Accessories (such as hats, handbags, socks) and Jewelry (such as necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings) are all FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.
Please send return items with the original order/return slip. If your order/return slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return package.
*** We do not honor price adjustments.
*** The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
- Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5-8 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed. Depending on your credit card, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.
- In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the replacement process.
- We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition.
