Keeping your Joeydoll clean is easy! Follow these simple steps:
1. Spot Cleaning: For small stains or spills, gently blot the affected area with a damp cloth and mild soap.
2. Machine Washing: Place your Joeydoll in a laundry bag and wash it on the gentle cycle using cold water and mild detergent.
3. Drying: Lay flat to air dry. Avoid using a dryer to maintain softness and shape.
Remember to follow these instructions to ensure your Joeydoll stays soft, cuddly, and ready for endless adventures!

Products are shipped via USPS/UPS Monday thru Friday. Certain items are also available for in-store pickup. Coffees and teas can be ordered ahead for pickup from here.
All orders, including 2 Day and Overnight, placed Monday through Friday after 1pm PST will be processed the following business day.
Domestic returns and exchanges are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
Online returns are subject to a $11 return shipping fee. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the return shipping fee will be waived. We do not allow online returns to be shipped to stores; the return must be made in person.
