We ship our orders using USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx and UPS. Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. Expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days from your order date, unless you have selected Expedited, FedEx 2-Day shipping, or UPS 2-Day shipping. Expedited, FedEx, and UPS orders must be placed by 2pm PT in order to meet the delivery date. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and be provided with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it's left our warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package.

If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us at to correct this ASAP. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any updates to your order if you contact us more than 12 hours after your order has been placed (not including weekends). If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please double check your orders!


If you need to make any other updates to your order or cancel your order, please email us at ASAP so we can assist you. If you placed your order with standard shipping, we are able to cancel orders if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order (not including weekends). If you placed your order with expedited shipping, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time.

Orders over $300 will automatically include signature confirmation. If you do not want signature confirmation, please leave us a note in your order. You will be held 100% responsible for any carrier related delays or errors if you do not want signature confirmation. Please contact FedEx, UPS, or USPS if your package is lost.

Most deliveries will arrive between 6-21 weekdays from your order date. We use both USPS Priority International, FedEx International, and UPS International shipping. FedEx and UPS provide door-to-door tracking while USPS does not.

All international orders may be subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials of your country and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. It is at the sole discretion of your country's custom agents to release your package. Note, in some occasions customs may delay delivery of some packages.
